Sunshine Legal specialises in Estate Planning – protecting your legacy in the best way possible, when the inevitable hits. A majority of Sunshine Legal’s client base has been referred from their friends, family colleagues, Accountants, Financial Advisers and Real Estate Agents. A referral illustrates a person’s absolute confidence in me, and I am honoured to work with their family, friends, clients and colleagues. Sunshine Legal is different – our service is convenient, clear and personalised. With fixed fee quotes provided upfront, you won’t be left wondering how much your Estate Planning will cost you.
We’re located in Caloundra, Queensland, but can easily work with you solely online, or at your Accountant’s / Financial Adviser’s office if you prefer.
Sunshine Legal is not a generalist ‘one stop shop’, so I cannot assist with your property purchase, divorce or speeding ticket. Rather, I focus on being ahead of the Estate Planning space to provide you with personalised advice, focussing on your wishes and concerns.
About Me
With over 19 years’ experience in Estate Planning, tax strategy and asset protection, I provide clarity and structure where it matters most.
Admitted as a Solicitor in 2007 and having worked in law firms since 2002, my focus is to ensure wealth doesn’t disappear when it hits the next generation. I have completed a Masters of Laws (Applied Law) and draw on my additional studies to provide client centric recommendations.
I live in Moffat Beach with my husband and children. When I’m not strategising in Estate Planning, you’ll find me cheering on the kids, volunteering at their school, playing sport or camping. Life is too short, not to make the most of every day!
I’m a wife, mother, daughter, sister, business owner, investor and a taxpayer. I ‘get it’, I understand the nuances of everyday family life and investments. Every family faces their own points of stress, but we all tend to chase the same thing – peace of mind, security and happiness.
I am beyond proud when clients share the relief they have, knowing that I understand their concerns and have implemented the right strategy for their needs.
